Perfect Tenant Program

To help guarantee the cash you receive for your property, we have created the Perfect Tenant program. We lease/purchase the property from you at an agreed-upon purchase price good for the terms of the lease for your property. We then guarantee you a rental income whether the property is occupied or not, preferably by subleasing to a qualified, pre-screened tenant. If the tenant agrees to purchase the home at the end of their lease, part of their monthly rent (usually 50%) goes towards the purchase price, helping them get the price of the home to be more affordable for them and helping guarantee you the eventual sale. If for whatever reason they decide not to purchase the home at the end of the lease, you get to keep all the rental income. Not only that, when the tenant is ready to buy, we buy the house from you for all cash with no other fee or commission charged to you.
